Our client, a large financial services organisation is recruiting a customer account manager to join their team within a friendly and motivated branch. As part of your day to day duties you will be expected to identify potential bad debt, manage existing customers accounts on an ongoing basis and achieve monthly transfer targets via telephone and home visits.

This role will be based from the Southend office but your field calls will be covering the Gillingham area so you must be prepared to travel.

Successful candidates will have debt recovery/collections/bailiff experience, either telephone or field based, plus experience of meeting targets and deadlines. In return our client is offering a basic salary of £17.5k - £19k basic, OTE £32k and fantastic career opportunities to management level. Also 25 days holiday, pension and share incentive plan, life assurance and share save scheme.

As you will work shifts you must be flexible to work evenings and some Saturday mornings, roughly 1 in 3. You must be a driver with your own car as you will spend part of the day out on the field visiting customers, petrol costs for visits will be covered.
